Job Description:

GENERAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE

8 am – 4:30 pm Mon-Fri with overtime on Saturdays.

This person MUST possess CARPENTRY, DRYWALL AND PLUMBING SKILLS. This is a possible temp to hire position.

The general maintenance person will be responsible for landscaping, trash pick up, sweeping, painting, some basic “around the house” plumbing…Will report to main headquarters and go to job sites with the Supervisor for the 1st 30 days and then will be responsible to get to job sites on their own…Pay is based on experience and knowledge. VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
